Ayaan Ghoshal is a Paris-based multidisciplinary artist working across installation, moving image, and game-based systems. Drawing from video games, cinema, and digital vernacular culture, his practice treats artworks as navigable environments rather than static objects.

Through structures of play, rule-based systems, and interactive frameworks, he explores how agency and authorship shift between artist and audience.

Raised between physical and online worlds, Ghoshal’s work reflects on the experience of inhabiting parallel digital and material identities. Combining symbolic and religious imagery with low-poly aesthetics and procedural logic, he constructs spaces that question technological progress, intimacy, and the ethics of mediated life.

He is currently completing a BFA at Paris College of Art. His work has been presented at the National Gallery of Modern Art, Kolkata, and internationally through film festivals.
